I simply can not say enough good, no make that great things about this company. We first learned about Precision Kitchen and Baths from our daughter as she was having her basement finished. I was so impressed by their work that we decided to have them redo our Kitchen. Alex was always more than professional and while the work was being done he kept reassuring us that "you will be happy when we are finished." We were more than happy, we were delighted. Once we saved up some money we asked them to do our bathroom. Once again, the workers were so clean, polite, knowledgeable, hard working, considerate and concerned about taking precautions regarding the Corona Virus. While doing the first floor bathroom, Jose noticed a leak in our basement that had obviously been a problem for a long time based on the presence of mold and soft wood. This would have been a great opportunity to take advantage of the homeowner. I must tell you the care and effort they took to rip out a 100 year old cast iron pipe while not having to destroy our upstairs bathroom tile was unbelievable. Any regular plumber would had not cared enough or taken the time to not damage the existing tile. Also, the talent involved in repairing the dinning room wall was amazing. Thank you Alex, Jose and all the other workers for a job well done. We could not be more pleased. Bob G.
